空壓機噪聲的控制方法

空壓機噪聲的控制主要采用消聲器、消聲坑道和隔聲技術(shù)三個方面，我們來分別了解一下吧：

主要噪聲源是進、排氣口，應選用適宜的進排氣消聲器。空壓機進氣噪聲的頻譜呈低頻特性，進氣消聲器應選用抗性結(jié)構(gòu)或以個、抗性為主的阻抗復合式結(jié)構(gòu)?？諌簷C的排氣氣壓大，氣流速度高，應在空壓機排氣口使用小孔消聲器。

The main noise source is the intake and exhaust ports, so the appropriate intake and exhaust muffler should be selected. The frequency spectrum of air compressor intake noise is low-frequency, so the intake muffler should choose resistance structure or impedance composite structure with resistance as main component. The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is large and the air flow speed is high, so the small hole muffler should be used at the air compressor outlet.

消聲坑道的地下或半地下的坑道，坑道壁用吸聲性好的磚砌成。把空壓機的進氣管和消聲坑道連接，使空氣通過消聲坑道進入空壓機。采用消聲坑道可使空壓機的進氣噪聲大大降低，使用壽命也比一般消聲器長。
