油過濾器：機組運行時空氣中的雜質(zhì)被吸入壓縮機后引起油過濾器臟堵塞，使油過濾器前后壓差過大，潤忽悠油無法按正常流量進入壓縮機引發(fā)機組高溫故障。所以當進出油壓差超過0.18MPa時應(yīng)及時更換濾芯。

Oil filter: when the unit is running, the impurities in the air are sucked into the compressor, causing the oil filter to be dirty and blocked, so that the pressure difference between the front and back of the oil filter is too large, and the lubricating oil cannot enter the compressor according to the normal flow, resulting in the high temperature fault of the unit. Therefore, when the inlet and outlet oil pressure difference exceeds 0.18mpa, the filter element shall be replaced in time.

機油氣分離器出現(xiàn)故障報警：從空壓機機頭出來的壓縮空氣會攜帶一部分的機油。大油滴通過油氣分離罐時易分離，而小油滴(直徑1um以下懸浮油微粒)則必須通過油氣分離濾芯的微米及玻纖濾料層過濾。當它太臟時，會影響潤忽悠循環(huán)，造成過熱停機。一般可以通過加載前后的壓差進行判斷，當兩端壓差為開空壓機之初時的3倍或z大壓差達到0.1MPa時，就應(yīng)及時清理或更換。

When it is too dirty, it will affect the lubrication cycle and cause overheating shutdown. Generally, it can be judged by the pressure difference before and after loading. When the pressure difference at both ends is 3 times that at the beginning of opening the air compressor or Z large pressure difference reaches 0.1MPa, it shall be cleaned or replaced in time.

油位低，指油氣分離器內(nèi)油位低，油位計內(nèi)看不到油。勤檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)油面低于檢視管下端時應(yīng)立即進行補充。運行過程中低于油標中間位置也是要及時進行補充的。
