油過濾器:機組運行時空氣中的雜質(zhì)被吸入壓縮機后引起油過濾器臟堵塞,使油過濾器前后壓差過大,潤忽悠油無法按正常流量進入壓縮機引發(fā)機組高溫故障。所以當進出油壓差超過0.18MPa時應(yīng)及時更換濾芯。

機油氣分離器出現(xiàn)故障報警:從空壓機機頭出來的壓縮空氣會攜帶一部分的機油。大油滴通過油氣分離罐時易分離,而小油滴(直徑1um以下懸浮油微粒)則必須通過油氣分離濾芯的微米及玻纖濾料層過濾。當它太臟時,會影響潤忽悠循環(huán),造成過熱停機。一般可以通過加載前后的壓差進行判斷,當兩端壓差為開空壓機之初時的3倍或z大壓差達到0.1MPa時,就應(yīng)及時清理或更換。
